Marija Stojanović is an Attorney at Law at Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm, advising domestic and international clients on competition, commercial and data protection law matters.

Marija is dual-qualified in Serbia and Montenegro and admitted as a Solicitor of England and Wales.

Marija has significant experience in merger control, antitrust compliance, commercial contracts and corporate advisory, as well as regulatory matters affecting cross-border transactions. She regularly assists clients with merger filings across the Western Balkans, competition law compliance programs, and complex commercial agreements in sectors including energy, construction, fintech and manufacturing. Her practice also includes advising on data protection and regulatory compliance, as well as supporting private equity and foreign investors in transactions in Serbia and the wider region.

Prior to joining Stanivuk & Manasijevski, Marija gained experience at several leading international law firms, including Schoenherr, Hausfeld LLP in London, and Karanović & Partners, where she worked on complex cross-border competition matters, cartel damages litigation, and regulatory advisory projects.
