Attorney at Law

Kristina Zejak is an Attorney at Law at Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm, where she advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters in the fields of corporate and commercial law, competition law, and dispute resolution.

Her practice focuses primarily on corporate law and corporate governance, including advising companies on regulatory compliance, corporate structuring, shareholders’ relations, and various day-to-day corporate matters. She regularly assists clients with corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, providing legal support throughout the entire process, from structuring transactions and conducting legal analysis to preparing transactional documentation.

Kristina also has notable experience in competition law, where she advises clients on merger control procedures, and regulatory matters related to market competition. Her work in this area includes assisting companies in assessing potential competition law risks and ensuring compliance with applicable Serbian and EU competition regulations. In addition, she is actively involved in litigation and dispute resolution, representing and assisting clients in civil and commercial proceedings before Serbian courts.

Before joining Stanivuk & Manasijevski, Kristina gained valuable experience working in several mid-sized law firms in Belgrade.
