Attorney at Law

Anja Stanivuk is an Attorney at Law at Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm. In her practice, Anja advises clients on a broad range of legal matters, with particular experience in commercial dispute resolution, enforcement proceedings, bankruptcy, and restructuring.

She works closely with the firm’s legal team in assisting both domestic and international clients in commercial transactions, day-to-day corporate matters, and the resolution of complex commercial disputes.

In addition to her commercial practice, Anja is actively engaged in family law and personal status matters, with a particular focus on matrimonial property relations and asset division within marital and family relationships. She advises clients on the legal aspects of property arrangements between spouses and partners, as well as related civil law issues.

Anja holds a master’s degree in European law, with a master’s thesis focusing on Public-Private Partnerships. During her studies, she completed an internship at the National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia, within the Committee on Labour, Social and Veterans’ Affairs, through a program organised by the National Democratic Institute (NDI).

She has also participated in several international conferences and professional programmes focusing on human rights, constitutional law, and local self-government.
