Bojan Manasijevski is a partner and co-founder of Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm. Throughout his career, he has represented and advised numerous domestic and international clients across a broad range of legal matters, with a particular focus on real estate, corporate and commercial law. With over sixteen years of professional experience, Bojan has developed strong practice in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings and status changes, alongside with commercial dispute resolution and bankruptcy/restructuring proceedings.

Bojan has extensive experience assisting foreign and domestic investors in various transactions in Serbia, providing strategic legal support throughout the entire investment process, including structuring, negotiations, and implementation.

Prior to co-founding Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm, Bojan worked for several years in one of the leading law firms in Southeast Europe, where he gained significant experience advising clients on complex corporate and commercial matters.
