Bojan Stanivuk is a partner and co-founder of Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Firm, where he advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of business law matters. With over twenty years of professional experience, Bojan has developed strong practice in corporate and commercial law, with particular expertise in mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructuring and status changes including tax matters, dispute resolution, insolvency and restructuring proceedings.

In addition to corporate and dispute-related work, Bojan has significant experience advising clients in regulated industries, including media, pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. He is particularly recognised for his expertise in tax law and tax advisory, assisting both local and international clients in navigating complex tax regulations, structuring transactions, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Bojan regularly advises clients on large domestic and cross-border transactions, providing strategic legal support throughout the entire transaction lifecycle—from structuring and due diligence to negotiation and implementation. His practice often involves working with multinational companies, investors, and regional businesses operating in the Western Balkans.

Alongside his legal practice, Bojan was actively engaged in academia. He was teaching Company law at the Faculty of Law of Union University in Belgrade for many years. His teaching status there nowadays is ​on hold, while he remains a member of the Faculty Council.

Prior to co-founding Stanivuk & Manasijevski Law Office, he gained valuable experience working for several years at the renowned regional law firm Karanović & Partners, where he advised clients on complex corporate and commercial matters.
