Aschalew Ashagre (PhD) is a seasoned and well-respected attorney specializing in Tax and Litigation for the past 20 years. Dr. Aschalew provides consultancy services to clients on a variety of issues, including taxes, deal restructuring and entity rationalization, commercial contracts, and dispute resolutions as well as other corporate and investment matters. Dr. Aschalew is an Assistant Professor of Law at Addis Ababa University, where he has been taught mainly Tax, Contract and Civil Procedure. In addition, Dr Aschalew is best known for conducting legal researches on very topical legal issues which do have practical importance to the business community at large.  Dr. Aschalew holds a PhD in tax law, Master of Laws (LL.M) in Business Law and Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) from Addis Ababa University, Faculty of Law.
