Diclesu Yerlikaya graduated from Dokuz Eylül University Faculty of Law with high honors in 2019. She completed her legal internship at the Ankara Bar Association and gained practical experience in various law offices.

Throughout her professional life, she has worked in areas such as Insurance Law, Trademark Law, Lease Law and Family Law; she has gained experience especially in material and bodily damages due to traffic accidents, insurance arbitration disputes and compensation law.

As of 2025, Av. Diclesu Yerlikaya continues to work as a lawyer at Barlas & Karabucak Law Firm with her solution-oriented approach and attentive approach to legal processes.
