Pablo Jaquete has been practising as a solicitor since 1998 and has been a member of the ICAM since then.

He specialises in Employment and Social Security Law and has practised primarily in the areas of Employment Litigation and Collective Bargaining.

Throughout his professional career, he has represented and defended in court the interests of companies from various sectors, in both the public and private spheres, in all types of collective and individual proceedings, as well as in social security matters.

Furthermore, as a specialist in collective bargaining, Pablo Jaquete has led negotiations and advised companies on redundancy procedures, the negotiation of collective agreements and company pacts, collective transfers, and procedures for the suspension and modification of working conditions.
