Ricardo Fortún holds a degree in Law from the Complutense University of Madrid and has been practising as a solicitor specialising in Employment and Social Security Law since 2006.

Throughout his professional career, he has specialised in providing legal advice to companies, always striving to offer his clients practical, effective and proactive advice in the field of labour relations. He is a specialist in corporate reorganisation and labour restructuring processes and, as a result, has extensive experience in the field of collective bargaining.

The work he has carried out with management staff, and specifically senior management, has given him extensive experience in this unique field, enabling him to acquire practical knowledge of the specific nature of this type of labour dispute.

His legal practice has led him to provide legal assistance and representation for his clients in court, having participated in all types of legal proceedings at all levels, including the National High Court, the Supreme Court, etc.

He is passionate about new technologies and a staunch advocate of the importance of sharing knowledge, which is why he is deeply involved in training and teaching. He is the author of various articles and publications, and acts as a speaker, delivering courses and lectures on employment law, both in companies and at specialist associations and forums. Furthermore, he has been an Honorary Lecturer on the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the Complutense University of Madrid, as well as a Lecturer at the University’s School of Legal Practice.
