Founding Partner

Muhammed Halid Çiftçi graduated from Istanbul Medipol University Faculty of Law.

He completed his internship in the legal consultancy department of FERNAS GROUP OF COMPANIES, which encompasses more than 30 different companies, and then established his law firm where he continues his active professional career. He has enhanced his skills by participating in various educational academic programs.

His expertise lies in administrative law, urban transformation law, commercial law, criminal law, and labor law. In our law firm, he manages over 1,000 labor law disputes and provides legal consultancy services to numerous employer organizations operating in the service, education, investment, production, construction, and transportation sectors. He also serves as a managing lawyer in banking and insurance services.
