Claudia LU is a licensed attorney in the People's Republic of China. She completed her Doctor of Juridical Science (J.S.D.) and Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Yale Law School. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from Peking University School of Transnational Law in Shenzhen. As a licensed attorney in China, she has worked at TransAsia Lawyers, Clifford Chance LLP, Morrison & Foerster LLP, and the Shenzhen Municipal Government. She is currently pursuing her academic career as a faculty member at Peking University School of Transnational Law in Shenzhen.

Her areas of practice include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory matters in China. Her research interests include food and drug law, international trade law, the World Trade Organization, commercial arbitration, administrative law, and the Chinese legal system. She is fluent in Chinese and English, with basic proficiency in Turkish and French.
