Sinan is a graduate of Sakarya Cemil Meriç Social Sciences High School. After the graduation from high school, Sinan lived in China for one and a half years, where he attended Shanghai International Studies University and Shanghai Fudan University for his Chinese language education. Upon returning to Turkey, he graduated with honors from Istanbul University Faculty of Law.

Throughout his professional and academic life, he has actively taken on roles as both a speaker and a coordinator in many programs. Sinan is fluent in English and Chinese and is also a notarized sworn translator. In his professional career, he has participated in numerous national and international mergers and acquisition transactions, representing both sellers and buyers. Additionally, he has provided corporate governance and daily consultancy to various clients, ranging from startup to large-scale corporations subject to independent audits.

He has managed the licensing and permitting processes for many companies subject to capital market regulations, and has represented his clients in complex and high-value commercial disputes. Sinan has provided legal consultancy to many Turkish and foreign clients on issues such as commercial law, venture capital investments, shareholder disputes, competition law, capital markets law, and intellectual property law.
