Position

Andrii Leshchenko leads the firm's international law and human rights practice. He represents clients before the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and international UN bodies, including the Human Rights Committee, the Committee Against Torture, and other treaty bodies, as well as before the International Register of Damage caused by the Russian Federation's aggression against Ukraine.

Career

Over 17 years of legal practice. More than 10 successful cases before the European Court of Human Rights against Ukraine.

Has a strong track record in extradition cases, challenging Interpol Red Notices, and defending clients in complex criminal proceedings. Provides legal support in international civil and family disputes, including cross-border child return cases under the 1980 Hague Convention. Also active in business protection, property rights, and anti-corruption compliance.

Serves as an Expert of the Council of Europe. Author of numerous legal and practice-oriented publications. His work is distinguished by a strategic, systematic approach to managing highly complex litigation.
