Oleksandr Leshchenko leads the firm's strategic development and heads its complex litigation and business protection practice. He has deep expertise in sanctions cases and corporate disputes, public service-related legal matters, anti-corruption defense, and strategic management of high-stakes legal proceedings. He combines active legal practice with academic teaching and policy work.

Over 15 years of legal practice, focused on complex litigation, business protection, sanctions defense, anti-corruption practice, tax disputes, and matters involving public service and state authorities. As Managing Partner, leads the firm's overall strategy and supervises its key practice groups, including Tax & Customs Law, Commercial Litigation, International Law & Human Rights (ECHR), Sanctions Cases, Public Law Disputes, Financial & Banking Law, Administrative Disputes, Anti-Corruption Practice, and Private Clients.

Combines advocacy with academic activity as an Associate Professor and Ph.D. in Law. Author of monographs and numerous publications in academic and professional journals (ORCID: 0000-0003-3103-6383).

Recognised among the Top 50 Business Leaders of Ukraine in 2026.
