Has been with Studio Baldazzi Zattera & Associati since its foundation, focusing mainly on ordinary and extraordinary tax consulting on direct taxes and VAT for companies within international groups.

Graduated in Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan.

Also involved in M&A transactions and company valuations. Holds positions as a statutory auditor and member of supervisory bodies in corporations.
