Partner at Studio Baldazzi Zattera & Associati, with which he has collaborated since its founding in 2005. Primarily works in tax and financial advisory, both ordinary and extraordinary, covering direct and indirect taxation for national branches of multinational groups, national corporations and partnerships, as well as cooperatives and non-profit organizations. Also handles tax litigation and pre-litigation administrative procedures.

Graduated with highest honors in Business Law from Bocconi University in Milan, chartered accountant and statutory auditor. Holds a PhD in International Economic Law, and is an adjunct professor of Corporate and Group Taxation and Tax Law at Bocconi University and its Master’s in Tax Law program. Recipient of the European Academic Tax Thesis Award in 2007 from the European Commission and EATLP.

Holds positions as a member of the boards of statutory auditors, supervisory bodies, and as a statutory auditor in corporations. He’s published various articles and contributed to several collective publications.
