At the firm, he regularly supports international groups on tax, corporate, and governance matters. He also holds positions as a statutory auditor and member of supervisory bodies in internationally oriented companies.

Graduated with honors in Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan, later obtaining a Master’s degree in Tax Law and Corporate Taxation with a scholarship. Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and the Register of Legal Auditors. After an initial experience at KPMG, he held the position of Tax Director at the law and tax firm affiliated with the Deloitte network, where he developed strong expertise in international taxation, with a particular focus on M&A transactions carried out by multinational groups and investment funds.

Author of numerous publications in specialized journals and economic newspapers, and speaker at conferences and seminars in tax and corporate matters.
