Founding partner of Studio Baldazzi Zattera & Associati.

Primarily engaged in tax and corporate consulting for Italian and foreign corporations, with a specific focus on VAT. His clients include several prominent national and international groups.

Graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Verona in 1995. Member of the Order of Chartered Accountants and Accounting Experts since 1999 and a Statutory Auditor since 2000.

Began professional career in 1995 as a trainee in a tax advisory firm in Vicenza, gaining solid experience in tax and corporate consulting for businesses. In 1998, joined Studio Professionisti Associati in Milan — part of the Deloitte & Touche S.p.A. network, a leading international audit firm — where he deepened his expertise in tax matters, working with numerous national and international groups. Within the firm, he worked in the VAT and due diligence teams, and in 2004 was appointed Tax Director for ordinary and extraordinary consulting for international clients. Member of supervisory bodies in major Italian companies.

Member of the International VAT Association, the world’s leading non-profit network of professionals specialized in VAT/GST, and holder of the AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) qualification under Article 27, para. 1, letter b) of Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 2447/2015.
