Serhat Aydın is a corporate transactions and project finance lawyer focusing on cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, and energy and infrastructure projects. He began his career at leading international law firms, including Baker McKenzie, Güner Law Office (the Istanbul office of SNR Denton) and Moroğlu Arseven, where he gained extensive experience in complex M&A and project finance transactions. In 2019, he became a founding partner of the boutique firm Aydın Çıkın Gürvit, leading the energy finance and corporate governance practices until 2024. In the same year, he founded Aydın Law, where he continues to advise on high-value, cross-border transactional matters.
