Career

Tetiana Bersheda is dual-qualified in Switzerland and in England & Wales, and is recognised for her strategic leadership in complex, cross-border dispute resolution mandates for UHNWI and families. She acts as trusted advisor, lead counsel and disputes manager, developing and managing legal strategies across multiple jurisdictions while working closely with Swiss and international teams.

Tetiana has extensive experience in both civil and common law systems, gained not only through her dual qualifications but also through a significant number of matters that span both frameworks. This combination gives clients a distinct advantage in high-stakes international disputes as well as in cross-border organization of wealth.

Tetiana frequently advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, particularly in matters involving trusts, estates, family law, art law and banking, with many cases linked to Monaco. Her hands-on, independent and cross-jurisdictional approach is highly valued by clients, who also appreciate her cultural sensitivity and multilingual capabilities.
