Shannon McDonough is the Chair of FMJ’s Employment and Litigation Practice Groups and is well-known for approaching her clients’ issues creatively, strategically, and passionately. She practices in the areas of unfair competition, employment litigation, commercial litigation, and employment and HR advising. Shannon is a Charter Senior Fellow with Litigation Counsel of America, an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society with limited membership representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers.
