Head of Litigation

Serge focuses on litigating complex intellectual property cases. He brings a strategy-first approach to his clients in order advocate for the best possible outcome.

Serge leads the firm’s litigation department.

He is an accomplished intellectual property, commercial, and complex business litigation attorney with more than a decade and a half of experience.

Prior to joining Bochner PLLC in 2020, he worked in intellectual property prosecution and litigation with high profile tech clients that included Samsung, Cannon, and IBM, among others.

Serge manages a wide array of complex cases across the country, where he works closely with clients to determine the best possible strategy, while managing approximately 40 attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in his role as head of litigation.

Serge is also an adjunct professor of law at Brooklyn Law School where he teaches Patent Prosecution and supervises the Intellectual Property Team at the Brooklyn Law Incubator and Policy (BLIP) Clinic. His Team prepares patent and trademark for start-up companies.

Arbitrator for Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) – Serge regularly acts as an arbitrator in disputes brought before FINRA. He has acted as chair, conducted evidentiary hearings, ruled on dispositive motions, and made final award determinations
