As Legal Affairs Coordinator, she leads environmental administrative enforcement proceedings (defence strategies in connection with regulatory investigations and fines). She is responsible for designing the legal and evidentiary strategy for each matter, including analysing the facts and alleged charges, preparing written defence submissions, identifying and developing suitable evidence (technical and documentary), and crafting legal arguments aimed at the reduction of penalties, rebuttal of liability, or full dismissal of charges where appropriate.
