Thomas Siregar has a broad experience that encompasses both corporate & commercial and dispute resolutions works. He is specialist in dispute resolutions, corporate & commercial. He has been instructed by clients to advise on various corporate & commercial matters and to appear as counsel before the Indonesian courts. He has also acted as counsel for Indonesian clients in various international arbitration.

English and Bahasa Indonesia

Thomas Siregar is was called to the Indonesian Bar Association in 2003. He is registered as Financial Services Sector Consultants with the Financial Services Authority. He is also registered as Receiver and Administrator with the Ministry of Law.

Thomas Siregar obtained his bachelor degree in law from the University of Indonesia in 1997 and master degree in law from the same university in 2011. He is currently taking his PhD degree at the University of Trisakti, Jakarta, Indonesia.
