Dr. Ahmed Bin Zayed Alhassan Almohannadi is the Founder and Chairman of Aletefaq Law Firm, a Qatar-based legal practice headquartered in Doha. He is a Court of Cassation Lawyer, Senior Legal Advisor and Professor of Law with more than 25 years of experience spanning legal practice, legal education, legal advisory work and senior public service.

Dr. Ahmed Bin Zayed Almohannadi has developed broad experience across litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration, criminal law, civil law, commercial law and strategic legal advisory. In recent years, he has placed particular focus on arbitration and dispute resolution, advising on complex legal disputes and developing strategies aimed at achieving effective and commercially appropriate outcomes for clients.

As Chairman of Aletefaq Law Firm, Dr. Almohannadi provides senior-level oversight on complex matters and continues to shape the firm's development in dispute resolution, arbitration, litigation, corporate and commercial law and legal advisory services.

His professional background combines extensive experience as a practising lawyer and legal expert with a distinguished academic career. He has served as a professor of law and held senior academic and institutional responsibilities, contributing to legal education and professional development in Qatar.

Dr. Almohannadi has also represented the State of Qatar at international legal and institutional forums, including the United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice and the International Labour Conference. His experience in these forums has contributed to his broader understanding of international legal developments and institutional legal issues.

He is recognised for combining rigorous legal analysis with strategic judgment and a practical understanding of the wider legal and institutional context in which complex matters arise.
