Eugenio Acosta is an associate at Next Legal, specializing in cross-border transactions between Latin America and the United States. With a strong focus on venture capital, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions, Eugenio’s business-oriented focus and strong analytical skills help clients navigate the complexities of international business deals.

Eugenio’s clients recognize his strategic approach to deal structuring and his ability to facilitate seamless transactions across borders. He works closely with Latin American and American startups and investors, guiding them through the stages of the investment lifecycle, particularly on initial funding rounds.

Before joining Next Legal, Eugenio was an associate at a prominent law firm in Monterrey, Mexico. He also has experience as in-house legal counsel in one of Latin America’s largest manufacturing companies.
