Career
Rido Pangaribuan ("Rido") has nearly a decade of experience practicing law in Indonesia. He specializes in complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy proceedings, suspension of payment cases, and debt restructuring.
Rido's expertise extends to advising and representing a diverse range of clients across various sectors, before Indonesian courts and in arbitration, and other out-of-court settlements. He has also been appointed as receiver and administrator for a well-known electronic retail company as well as oil palm plantations and industry companies. His involvement also extends to handling a suspension of payment case for one of the largest national television company and representing banks and other multinational companies in their legal matters.
Rido also a member to the Indonesian Advocates Association (PERADI) and certified as an Administrator and Receiver by the Minister of Law and Human Rights under Asosiasi Kurator dan Pengurus Indonesia (AKPI).
