Career
Muhammad Rayhansyah Irawan ("Rayhan") is an Associate at Altruist Lawyers with a strong foundation in litigation, particularly in matters involving suspension of payment (PKPU), bankruptcy, commercial disputes, land conflicts, and employment issues. A graduate of Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia majoring in Economic and Business Law, Rayhan brings to the firm not only his academic excellence but also his rich experiences from legal competitions.
Prior to joining Altruist Lawyers, Rayhan actively represented his university in national moot court competition and legal opinion competitions, where he consistently demonstrated leadership, legal research skills, and strategic thinking. Notably, he served as Head Delegate at the National Moot Court Competition A.G. Pringgodigdo IX and won First Place and Best Memorandum at the Atma Jaya Internal Legal Opinion Competition 2024. These accomplishments reflect his analytical acumen and advocacy potential early on in his career.
