Mr. Mohammed is a newly qualified associate lawyer and a member of the Iraqi Bar Association. Since earning his law degree from Al-Israa University in 2023, he has been actively involved in supporting both local and international clients in corporate legal matters. His focus areas include company registration with the Registrar of Companies, commercial law, social security compliance, residency procedures for foreign employees, trademark registration, and taxation.

Mohammed brings a strong understanding of Iraq’s business regulations and is steadily building a reputation for his reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to client service. His multilingual ability and growing legal knowledge allow him to communicate effectively and handle regulatory processes with precision.
