Associate Lawyer

Ms Zahraa Al-Lami is a graduate of Al-Manssour University College with a bachelor’s in civil law since 2020 and has also started her Masters in Private Commercial Law in 2023 at al Iraqi University. 

She joined the team at ALSAIF Law Firm shortly after her graduation, focusing on providing high-level legal research inputs to keep the firm up to date with new regulations and laws while also delivering advocacy services in disputes of inheritance, land, and personal status law. Ms Zahraa Al-Lami also has experience in establishing and running the compliance of a number of local companies, drafting of commercial contracts and arbitration law.

Member of the Iraqi Bar Association since 2020. Arabic Encyclopaedia of Arbitration Experts and Drafting of Commercial Contracts in 2017 in Istanbul. A member of the Arab Union for Commercial Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (Part of the Executive Office of the Arab Legue).
