Senior Legal Advisor

Mr. Sattar Jabar is a senior legal advisor with extensive experience spanning both technical and legal fields. His professional journey began in 1978, serving as a technical observer and laboratory manager within companies under Iraq’s Ministry of Industry and Minerals. Following his transition to law in 2009, he joined the Legal Department of the Ministry, where he quickly rose to become Director of the Legal Department, a role he held from 2010 until his retirement in 2016.

Since 2009, Mr. Jabar has continued practicing law in the private sector, providing comprehensive legal support in areas such as corporate contract drafting and execution, civil and penal litigation, labor court disputes, and investment compliance. He is also responsible for managing the company’s real estate claims, filing legal actions against trespassers, and representing clients across all stages of legal proceedings, including appeal and cassation.

Recognized for his attention to detail, strong communication, and ability to manage high-stakes legal processes under pressure, Mr. Jabar remains an invaluable asset in both litigation and advisory capacities.
