Mr. Haider Alzubaidi is a UK-based international lawyer with over 25 years of experience practicing and advising across Iraq. He has provided legal counsel to multinational corporations from France, the U.S., South Korea, and Singapore in various sectors, including oil & gas, construction, and commercial trade. His practice areas include immigration, compliance, labour and employment law, intellectual property, and litigation.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Alzubaidi has over 18 years of experience teaching law in both English and Arabic. He has held academic positions at institutions in Iraq, UK, and France and delivered legal training courses on a wide range of topics, including oil & gas contracts, contract risk management, legal drafting, and international joint ventures.

With his international experience our firm has been able to support clients such as MAN Turbo France in arbitration cases at the ICC in Paris, Petronas – Iraq with its labour law compliance and Hyundai Construction – Iraq with its construction contracts drafting.
