Ms. Raqad Fawzi is a distinguished legal advisor with over 20 years of experience in corporate law, taxation, and civil law. She specializes in the registration and legal management of both Iraqi and foreign companies, as well as commercial agencies, trademarks, and industrial development. Ms. Fawzi also provides expert guidance in the establishment and organization of foreign entities operating in Iraq.

Her experience extends to tax compliance, foreigner residency management, and corporate disputes in the fields of business, investment, and banking law. She has worked extensively with the Iraqi Ministry of Planning on contractor classification and with various governmental agencies on labor and tax law. Her expertise in business law is complemented by her experience in managing and advising non-governmental organizations (NGOs) in Iraq.

Ms. Fawzi has been instrumental in the establishment of over 100 companies, including the registration and compliance processes, and has also worked with international firms to streamline legal and financial operations.
