Senior Associate

Mr. Ahmed is a licensed attorney and a member of the Iraqi Bar Association with 10 years of legal experience. He graduated from Al-Mustansiriya University with a degree in Law in 2015 and has since built a strong career in corporate and investment law.

His expertise includes the registration of Iraqi and foreign companies, commercial agencies, trademarks, and industrial development. He regularly handles tax compliance, residency arrangements for foreign investors, and litigation in criminal, commercial, and civil courts. Mr. Ahmed also has extensive experience advising on labor law, social security, and the execution of legal judgments.

In addition to corporate law, he has worked closely with NGOs and civil society organizations, particularly in matters related to human development and regulatory compliance. His legal knowledge is complemented by practical business experience in the Iraqi market and participation in international negotiations.

Mr. Ahmed has traveled to over 20 countries for legal discussions, contract negotiations, and business development, and has represented clients in legal consultations and litigation inside Iraq.
