Mangatta, a founding partner of the firm, is a well-respected and versatile litigator with expertise in all aspects of dispute resolution, with a particular focus on commercial, maritime, construction and infrastructure, and labor disputes. Mangatta is also certified as an administrator and receiver by the Indonesian Association of Receivers and Administrators (AKPI).

Mangatta graduated from the Faculty of Law, Gadjah Mada University. Prior to establishing Badranaya Partnership, Mangatta was an experienced lawyer with Nindyo & Associates, one of Indonesia's most respected boutique law firms specializing in capital markets and commercial dispute resolution.

As the head of Badranaya's dispute resolution practice, Mangatta has an outstanding track record of winning cases at all levels of the judicial system. His contentious work spans all industry sectors and practice areas, with a particular focus on commercial, constitutional and governmental, foreign direct investment, bankruptcy and insolvency, administrative, criminal, white-collar, anti-corruption and environmental disputes. He also frequently represents clients in arbitration and other alternative dispute resolution forums, including the enforcement of court judgments and arbitral awards.
