Getu is a Partner and Head of Corporate & Finance Practice. Getu’s core expertise covers the full spectrum of corporate and commercial law, with expertise in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, project finance, sovereign debt and guarantees, hospitality and leisure, as well as foreign direct investment (FDI). He has extensive experience advising both foreign and domestic investors on Ethiopian investment and corporate law, structuring investment vehicles for FDI, navigating foreign exchange regulations, and handling complex transactions involving project finance, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity.
