Mehrteab Leul Kokeb is a renowned senior law professional with almost three decades of experience with core competence in Project Finance and Corporate matters. He has assisted multiple clients developing infrastructure projects in the country which includes the government of Ethiopia, Sponsors and Lenders. Record high privatization and M&A transactions are also part of his latest credentials. He is also well-known for his skills in providing multidimensional legal services to individual and corporate clients; proficiency in achieving excellent results in a transaction, corporate issues; and his elocution during trials. In addition, he has ample experience in managing court cases as well as dealing with contractual disputes, arbitration, unlawful competition, liquidation, and employment matters. Currently, Mehrteab is the Managing Partner and he is active primarily in financial services, litigation & dispute resolution and corporate matters
