Career

Siddharth Sijoria is a constitutional law expert and seasoned litigator with extensive experience representing clients before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, and specialized tribunals. His practice focuses on public law, regulatory matters, employment law, and commercial litigation.

After graduating from Amity Law School in 2015, Siddharth joined the chambers of renowned Constitutional Jurist, Late Mr. T.R. Andhyarujina, where he represented and assisted in landmark constitutional cases concerning the death penalty, executive powers, river disputes, and human rights before the Supreme Court of India. In 2016, he was appointed by the Government of Maharashtra to represent the State before the Krishna River Water Dispute Tribunal, adjudicating disputes over river water sharing between four neighboring states.

In 2017, Siddharth pursued a Master’s in Comparative Constitutional Law at Central European University, Budapest, on a merit-based scholarship. Upon returning to India, he established himself as an independent counsel before the Supreme Court and the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, focusing on constitutional, commercial, and criminal litigation.
