Mr. Shiv Mangal Sharma is a registered advocate from the Bar Council of Delhi having an overall experience of more than 20 years in the legal field. He is also empaneled by the Government of India, Government of Madhya Pradesh as a Senior Penal Standing Counsel and is working presently on the said posts. The Firm and its Managing Partner have been handling various State Government/Central Government/Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory Boards, Various Authorities, etc.

He has the distinction of having been appointed and notified by the President of India as the Senior Panel Counsel, for representing the Government of India before the Supreme Court of India, in the year 2012. He has also been effectively representing various ministries including the Ministry of Home Govt. of India, the Ministry of Environment and Forest, the Ministry of Civil Aviation, and various Government of India companies and undertakings.
