Iker Belausteguigoitia Ibarrola is a founding partner of BRS Legal and focuses his practice on corporate law, advising companies and business groups on corporate structuring, governance, and strategic legal matters. He regularly assists clients in the formation, organization, and operation of corporate entities, as well as in the design and implementation of corporate governance frameworks tailored to the needs of growing and established businesses.

He holds a specialization in Corporate Law from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México, where he also completed a specialization in legal matters relating to family-owned businesses. His academic background has provided him with a strong understanding of the legal and organizational dynamics that characterize family enterprises, particularly in relation to succession planning, governance structures, and the long-term preservation of family assets and business continuity.

Throughout his professional career, he has advised entrepreneurs, family offices, and closely held companies on corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, and governance strategies designed to support sustainable growth and stability across generations.
