Founding Partner – BRS Legal

Francisco Rodríguez Solana is the founding partner of BRS Legal and has a solid and well-established practice in tax law, advising companies, investors, and corporate groups on complex domestic and international tax matters. His practice focuses on strategic tax planning, specialized tax advisory, and the structuring of transactions with significant tax implications, as well as providing comprehensive guidance to clients on tax compliance and the optimization of corporate structures from a tax perspective.

He holds a specialization in Tax Law from the Universidad Panamericana, where he graduated with honors, and completed a specialization in International Taxation at New York University. His academic background provides him with a strong foundation in Mexican tax law while also offering a global perspective on international taxation and the regulatory frameworks affecting cross-border transactions.

Throughout his professional career, he has advised national and international companies on the design and implementation of tax-efficient structures, the analysis and application of double taxation treaties, and the development of strategies aligned with complex regulatory environments. His practice is distinguished by a rigorous technical approach, strategic insight, and a deep understanding of the evolving tax landscape, enabling him to deliver practical and sophisticated solutions tailored to the needs of his clients.
