Raúl González Casatti is Partner at LAC Legal and head of the LAC Tax division. With extensive experience in domestic and international taxation, he advises corporations on tax compliance, audits, restructuring, and fiscal strategy. His approach integrates accounting precision with legal foresight, enabling clients to maintain full compliance while optimising profitability.
He has successfully led complex tax-defence cases before Panama’s DGI and the Administrative Tax Court (TAT) and is recognised for his pragmatic understanding of both the legal and financial dimensions of business operations.
