Partner – Head of LAC Tax

Raúl González Casatti is a Partner at LAC Legal and the head of the firm’s tax division, LAC Tax. He specializes in domestic and international taxation, advising corporations, financial groups, and high-growth businesses on tax compliance, audit defense, restructuring, and fiscal efficiency strategies.

Raúl has led high-impact tax defense matters before the General Directorate of Revenue (DGI) and the Administrative Tax Court (TAT), securing favorable outcomes in complex disputes involving transfer pricing, deductions, cross-border operations, and corporate restructurings. His work is characterized by technical accuracy, strategic foresight, and a pragmatic understanding of how legal, financial, and accounting variables interact within a business.

He is also recognized for designing tax structures that support multinational expansion, regional consolidation and asset-protection goals, ensuring clients remain fully compliant while optimizing their operational and fiscal positions.
