Filipe Starzynski is head of the litigation and credit department at Darmont Advogados, which covers capital markets, civil and corporate law practices. He specialises in litigation involving alternative investment funds, assets, and corporate disputes, as well as credit recovery and civil law in general. He advises clients on credit transactions and operations, and provides legal advice to clients on dispute prevention. Filipe has extensive experience in the financial markets, real estate, services, technology, digital and retail sectors, among others.
