Ihury Bastos Pereira Darmont is the head of regulatory, structured finance operations and asset management at Darmont Advogados, and has worked at leading Brazilian law firms and banks. He specialises within the investment funds industry, advising various regulated entities as well as representing major regulatory cases in the industry, particularly with alternative funds and special credit operations. Ihury’s work in the field includes structuring investment funds, public offerings of securities, contracts, credit and debt transactions, securitisation, compliance, and day-to-day operations for various types of institutions regulated by the Central Bank and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Brazil.
