Lujain Al-Zamami is an Attorney in the International Division at ILG, with over four years of legal practice experience. She specialises in corporate law, litigation, alternative dispute resolution, and competition law.

Ms. Al-Zamami has a strong track record in the oil and gas sector and possesses extensive expertise in public-private partnership (PPP) projects and intellectual property matters. She plays a key role in mentoring and training newly graduated interns at ILG and has made significant contributions to the firm’s corporate law practice.

She advises clients on a wide range of legal matters, providing detailed legal opinions and drafting various contracts, including lease agreements, commercial agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), and franchise agreements. Additionally, Ms. Al-Zamami maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant international conventions and their amendments, ensuring comprehensive and globally informed legal guidance.
