Osamah Hammad is a Consultant at ILG with over 27 years of legal practice in Kuwait and Egypt. He specialises in corporate, government, administrative, and civil litigation.

Mr. Hammad has previously served as a legal consultant to several prominent private companies in Kuwait and Egypt, gaining extensive experience in drafting legal memoranda, pleadings, claims, formation contracts, and other legal documents. He has also practised before the Egyptian State Council and the Egyptian High Appeal Court, handling complex litigation matters across multiple jurisdictions.
