Senior Consultant

Heshmat Hassan Abdulsalam is a Senior Consultant at ILG with over 40 years of legal practice in Kuwait and Egypt. He specialises in commercial litigation, corporate and transactional disputes, bankruptcy, finance, Islamic finance, securities law, and arbitration.

Mr. Abdulsalam has held distinguished positions within the Public Prosecutor’s Office, the Courts of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Cassation. He has also served as a member of several arbitral tribunals at the Cairo International Center for International Commercial Arbitration, bringing extensive expertise in both litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
