Partner- International Department

Mr. Ming Xu is a Partner in ILG’s International Department, with over 17 years of legal practice in Kuwait and the broader Middle East. He specialises in commercial transactions, foreign investment, regulatory compliance, and dispute resolution, advising clients across sectors including telecommunications, oil and gas, power, and construction.

Prior to joining ILG, Mr. Xu served as General Counsel for the operations of a leading global telecommunications company in Kuwait and other GCC countries. He regularly provides strategic legal advice to Fortune 500 clients on complex transactional and regulatory matters and leads the management of significant litigations in coordination with ILG’s litigation team.
