Partner - Head of Dispute Resolution

Khaled Waleed Al-Hamad is an Attorney at ILG with over 10 years of experience in legal practice. He specialises in Companies and Corporate Law, with particular expertise in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), public-private partnership (PPP) projects, direct investment frameworks, e-commerce, and data privacy and protection.

He possesses extensive experience in managing commercial legal transactions and drafting contracts, including those related to small businesses, startup ventures, partnership projects, agency and brokerage arrangements, investment agreements, and tender processes. He has also contributed to numerous legal studies and provided advisory services to a wide range of private and governmental entities.
