Associate Solicitor

David is a solicitor in Complex Law's general litigation department, where he leads the property litigation and professional negligence teams. He advises both claimants and defendants across a broad range of technically demanding disputes, including property litigation, professional negligence claims against former solicitors, and indemnity withdrawal disputes with ATE insurers. His wider practice encompasses commercial litigation, insurance disputes, possession and eviction claims, and commercial debt recovery.

Drawing on a background in commercial insurance, David brings a sophisticated understanding of policy coverage, subrogated recoveries, first-party fraud, and multi-party litigation to his practice.
